Eastside Stable has a very large light sitting/dining room with a maple wood floor and wood burning stove. At one end of this spacious room, there is an oak wardrobe which conceals a very comfortable, full size double wall bed, as well as ample storage space. 

N.B. Don't worry about extra chores at bed time - this bed is finger tip controlled and folds away fully made up! 

There is a well equipped, fitted kitchen next door with a traditional arched window. French doors from both the kitchen and the sitting/dining room lead into the mature garden. There is a bath/shower room off the hall with wash hand basin and toilet. 

Facilities

Eastside Stable has an electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. In the living area, there is a colour TV with video, DVD, CD players and payphone. For small children, a cot and high chair can be supplied. 

The cottage has a wood burning stove and electric storage heaters.   

Pricing and Availability

The price for Eastside Stable varies according to the season from £245 per week in the winter months to £370 per week high season (mid July until the end of August). Short breaks of 3-4 days are considered in the winter months as are long term rentals. If more than 2 people stay then there is a charge of £50 per week per extra person. Dogs are welcome but there is an extra charge of £20 per week for the additional cleaning required.

N.B. Unlike a lot of self catering cottages there are no hidden extras!  Logs and electricity are included in the price as well as bed linen and towels.
