What’s On in Edinburgh November 2015

November brings the first of the frosts to Eastside with some fantastic autumn colour as the beech and larch trees change marking the beginning of Winter. Welly walks and warm wood fires are the order of the day at the cottages. While Edinburgh offers fireworks & the run up to Christmas with some fabulous foodie events and the arrival of Winter Wonderland as November comes to an end.

What’s On in Edinburgh December 2014

If you’re looking for a pre-Christmas getaway with plenty of Christmas spirit look no further than Edinburgh. This month the capital really pulls out all the stops. A brand new ice rink in St Andrew’s Square forms the centre of the Christmas celebrations this year with bars, shows & family entertainment. Christmas markets, the thrilling Star Flyer & Santa’s grotto are still in the gardens beneath the magnificent backdrop of Edinburgh castle.

What’s on in Edinburgh November 2014

After record breaking temperatures throughout the UK in October we are now in for a cold snap. November is now well underway we’re expecting the first frost on the ground at Eastside. Not to worry though as there is plenty to do in Edinburgh as we celebrate Fireworks night, St Andrew’s day and the Edinburgh Christmas markets open their doors on the 21st.
